Head of HR and wellbeing

About the role

The Head of HR and wellbeing will report to the Operations Director, be supported by the Company’s external HR advisory team, and be responsible for all HR management and development including recruitment and selection, talent management and succession planning, employee wellbeing, discipline, grievance and any other HR related issues.
The post holder will ensure that HR and employee wellbeing are delivered to a high standard and any issues are addressed promptly.

About you

You will be an experienced HR professional with current knowledge of UK employment law and best practice. You will be an effective communicator and lead by example and act as a role model in terms of behaviour and professionalism. Download the full job description below.
