We are looking for someone who will provide administration support to the Operations Team in its entirety in particular to the Operations Executive and the Programme and Compliance Manager whilst also providing support to front of house, the individual will need to be approachable, flexible and be able to think on their feet.  This is especially relevant from a front of house perspective where often requests for assistance fall outside normal procedures (thinking around emerging problems and issues and finding solutions).

Reporting to the Operations Executive, the Operations Administrator will undertake general facilities duties including administration support to the Operations team.  In addition, they will provide reception support / cover during periods of sickness, absence and annual leave. 

The postholder will provide administrative support to the Operations Team in its entirety, in particular to the Operations Executive and to the Programme and Compliance Manager.  

The role requires strong administration skills from a confident and proactive candidate.  The postholder will provide administrative support to key team members, developing, organising and maintaining administrative structures.

As part of the reception team, the postholder will ensure that all external and internal users of the company’s facilities have a positive experience. The postholder will deliver a high level of customer service, liaise with facility users to coordinate their resource requirements, provide audio and visual technical support to users, contributing positively to the effective administration of the company and the smooth running of the office facility. 

The postholder will contribute to the positive reputation of the Life Sciences Hub Wales Ltd by guests / users performing all tasks to the highest standard.
