About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fast-growing company funded by the Welsh Government, in order to accelerate the development and adoption of innovative solutions for better health and wellbeing in Wales.

The job responsibilities are varied,  including: working with our communications team to develop speeches and presentations; supporting our CEO in coordinating healthcare innovation projects ; distilling complex and/or lengthy documents into succinct and well-written summary reports; and the vital but more routine responsibilities, such as diary and correspondence management.

About you

We are looking for a highly organised, committed and business-savvy professional to join our team as a Strategic Assistant to work alongside the CEO. From your previous experience as an executive or personal assistant to a CEO or board directors, you will understand the importance of being one step ahead, anticipating the needs of the CEO and making the CEO’s professional life run as smoothly as possible!
