Eligibility
Organisations must provide:
- A 500-word summary of past or current value-based healthcare activity.
- A 500-word plan for value-based approaches in Wales for the upcoming year.
- Senior leadership commitment (executive signatory).
- An annual 500-word progress update.
This is open to all public sector organisations and private industry partners who meet the criteria. Take a look at the specific criteria you'll need to meet.
Commitment & Resources
There aren’t any immediate resource commitments when you join the charter, but organisations are encouraged to explore collaborative opportunities.
Expected Signatories
We anticipate fewer than 20 organisations over the next two years, with the Charter remaining open to eligible partners.
