Impact of Climb
Climb graduates have gone on to achieve remarkable success, leading innovative projects and making significant contributions to their fields. For example, Geraint Jones from Cohort 3 created ‘Pharma-SEE!’, a virtual work experience for children interested in Community Pharmacy, which has been highly successful in engaging young minds and promoting healthcare careers. Many alumni have also gained promotions, led award-winning initiatives, and formed valuable collaborations that continue to drive positive change.
Geraint Jones, Cohort 3 said:
“I never expected to gain colleagues who have become friends, or skills that could be easily translated into practice for the benefit of work that I am currently undertaking. Climb has been career and life-changing. Thank you.”
