Head of Programme Delivery
Kate leads the delivery and measurement of programmes and projects to accelerate the development and adoption of innovative solutions. Kate has experience from a range of delivery roles within public and private sector including life sciences and healthcare. She brings over 18 years of consultancy and project management experience to the role, which includes international government improvement programmes. Kate is qualified in PRINCE2, APMP, Agile and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, having managed new products, product care and software programmes.
