Michaela has over 30 years administration experience, supporting high-level industry and social care organisations with admin, finance and budget management, supervision, complaints, key performance indicator tracking and reporting. A large portion of her experience was held in Children’s Social Services where my the spanned across, fostering, 15+, permanency and performance management teams. She holds an NVQ3 in Business & Administration.
Her current role within the Innovation & Adoption team enables the team to achieve their project plans and team objectives. Her responsibilities include support with credit safe reports and due diligence, purchase orders, booking travel and accommodation, meeting minuting and recording, co-managing the email, inbox CMS support, and diary and calendar management.
