The meeting will focus primarily on AI in Cancer but also include an updates on the Tackling Cancer Initiative, the developing programme to increase commercial trial activity, and VPAG in Wales, Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy, and working group breakouts.
The Industry Forum acts as an interface between industry, the Wales Cancer Network and its wider stakeholder groups.
The key purpose of the Industry Forum is to provide an additional means of engagement between the pharmaceutical, biotech and other commercial organisations and the NHS in Wales.
It is a means for transparent communication and representation across the sector, and to coordinate the strategic aims and resources within the sector through partnership and collaborative working.
