Location: Blend your time working remotely and at our Cardiff office
Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer
Salary: £42,836 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs per week)
Term: Permanent
We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional person to work alongside and support our CEO and Executive team, providing first-class support and operational management.
This re-shaped and broad-ranging role will focus on helping to improve our performance monitoring, ensuring we have the right processes and data collection systems in place to support our delivery priorities. You’ll play a lead role in championing our digital and systems integration, streamlining, improving and bringing consistency to our corporate systems.
You’ll also be comfortable with reviewing and drafting detailed, complex documents on behalf of our CEO and crafting these into compelling presentations, speeches, or reports for appropriate audiences. Ensuring our Executive team are fully supported will also be part of your day to day role.
You’ll bring credible stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with you; as this role will be a focal point on behalf of our CEO for external partners such as the NHS and Welsh Government, whilst also internally, you’ll work at all levels across our small but progressive team.
Our organisational values of being Passionate, Collaborative, Expert and Professional will be truly visible in your own behaviours and all that you do.
As you’ll be juggling various priorities in this role, you’ll need to draw on your project management and strong organisational skills; act as a true team player and be used to ensuring confidentiality and handling of sensitive information – this will all be second nature to you. You’ll also work closely with our heads of department who are responsible for delivering our strategic priorities within their portfolio areas.
