Partnerships Coordinator
Sam joined Life Sciences Hub Wales in November 2025 with a background in events and project coordination across Higher Education, Theatre, and Live Events.
As Partnerships Coordinator, Sam supports the wider Partnerships Team to structure and support partnership activity across the organisation. This includes coordinating meetings, supporting partner engagement, and contributing to the delivery of collaborative initiatives.
A key part of Sam’s role is developing and delivering the organisation’s annual events plan. Sam oversees all aspects of event delivery for both internal and external events, from conferences and exhibitions to online and hybrid events. This includes organising logistics, scheduling, speaker coordination, and engagement activities to ensure events run smoothly.
