Life Sciences Hub Wales exists to make Wales the place of choice for health, care and wellbeing innovation. We bring together industry, health and social care, academia, and government to share ideas, identify needs, and accelerate the adoption of solutions that can transform people’s lives.

We are looking for an organised and motivated Partnerships Co-ordinator to join our team, reporting to the Head of Partnerships. This role is central to supporting our engagement activity across Wales, the UK and internationally helping to connect people, ideas and opportunities that drive health and care innovation. You will play a key part in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting delivery of our partnership plans, and ensuring our events and activities run smoothly and make a real impact.

Day to day, you will be involved in coordinating and supporting engagement activity, from planning meetings and preparing reports, to helping innovators navigate the health and care system. You will also manage and deliver a varied events programme including conferences, exhibitions, roundtables and webinars ensuring that each event is well planned, professionally delivered, and contributes to our wider engagement strategy. The role will involve close collaboration across the organisation, with our marketing, intelligence and delivery teams, and direct contact with external partners across health, care, academia and industry.

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. You should have experience supporting stakeholder engagement and delivering successful events and be confident working with systems such as CRM tools and event planning tools. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, build professional relationships, and adapt to changing priorities.
