The next Wales Cancer Industry Forum meeting will include an update on the Tackling Cancer Initiative, the developing programme to increase commercial trial activity, and VPAG in Wales, the next phase for QuicDNA: QuicDNA Max, a proposal for AI to optimise MDT decision making and identify trials for patients, and working group breakouts.

The Wales Cancer Industry Forum was established to increase inclusivity, representation and collaboration of industry stakeholders, and to provide an opportunity for those organisations to provide input on cancer outcomes in Wales.

The Industry Forum acts as an interface between industry, the Wales Cancer Network and its wider stakeholder groups. The purpose of the Industry Forum is to provide an additional means of engagement between the pharmaceutical, biotech and other commercial organisations and the NHS in Wales. It's a means for transparent communication and representation across the sector, and to coordinate the strategic aims and resources within the sector through partnership and collaborative working.
