Innovation Adoption Director

About the role

We are looking for someone exceptional to join our team as Innovation Adoption Director, a strategic thinker with strong relationship building skills who shares our values of fairness, dignity and respect.  You will work with us bringing energy, enthusiasm, great communications and people skills to build upon our achievements and ensure our ambitious vision becomes a reality.

You will have a proven track record of supporting the adoption of innovation, as an economic development practitioner, senior leader within a large corporate or owner / manager.

Reporting to the CEO, the Innovation Adoption Director is a key member of the executive management team (EMT), with primary responsibility for the creation, implementation and measuring the success of the company’s approach to improving health and wellbeing outcomes for people in Wales, improving efficiency and value within the Welsh health and care system; and driving economic development, through business growth and job creation. Please download full job description.
