Funding Programme Lead
Liz leads the Funding Team within Sector Intelligence which involves identifying funding opportunities, developing consortium bids and assisting with all aspects of bid writing and development. She has over 20 years’ experience of working in funding, bid writing and bid management for local government, academia and the third sector. Prior to joining the Hub, she worked on the Cardiff Capital Region’s Challenge Fund, supporting public sector organisations to access funding to source innovative solutions to service delivery issues.
