Mike leads the Programme Delivery team at Life Sciences Hub Wales, a team focussed on accelerating the adoption of innovative solutions for better health and wellbeing in Wales.
In 1997, Mike gained a PhD in Organic Chemistry prior to working for over 25 years in the Life Sciences Industry. He's had key roles in both R&D leadership and Operations. Most recently, he was a Managing Director for Cytiva, UK and Site leader at Cytiva, Cardiff.
He's a team player, inclusive leader and is very people focussed. His strengths include the development and execution of tactical plans designed to deliver the strategic imperatives of an organisation.
Mike is a trained Mental Health First aider and an ardent champion for diversity.
