Life Sciences Hub Wales is working with partners to support the rollout of the Health and Social Care Innovation Wales (HSCIW) initiative.
This new initiative is designed to make it easier for NHS and social care teams to access the guidance, tools, and connections they need to drive innovation.
At the heart of this initiative is the Innovation Framework Infrastructure, developed as part of Wales Innovates: Welsh Government’s 2023 Innovation Strategy for Wales. This structured approach provides clear guidance on developing, testing, and scaling new ideas.
HSCIW brings together existing resources from across the innovation ecosystem, working with partners including Life Sciences Hub Wales, the Bevan Commission, and Social Care Wales. The NHS Wales Innovation Leads Group plays a key role in ensuring innovators have access to expert advice and strategic support.
The new HSCIW website will provide a central hub for innovation resources, helping teams at every stage of their journey.
