We’ve renewed our partnership with M-SParc for 2026/27, continuing our joint work to strengthen health and social care innovation across north Wales.
This work is delivered through the Health+ programme, funded by Life Sciences Hub Wales and delivered by M-SParc, the partnership brings together national networks and regional expertise to help innovators, businesses and researchers develop solutions to real health challenges.
The partnership brings together Life Sciences Hub Wales’ national networks and M-SParc’s regional expertise to help innovators, health and social care organisations, researchers and industry partners develop solutions that address real health and social care challenges. By working together, we’re creating clearer routes into support and helping promising ideas move closer to real-world use.
Over the past year, the partnership has helped build a more connected innovation ecosystem in north Wales. This has included supporting innovators such as Healthcare Matters to refine their proposition, better understand the health and social care landscape and connect with wider innovation networks.
Building on the first year, a refreshed Health+ offer for 2026/27, will help make innovation support more visible, accessible and coordinated across north Wales. M-Sparc will also lead a series of roadshow events across the region, raising awareness of Health+ and connecting businesses, researchers, clinicians and innovators with the support available.
Applications for the next Health+ cohort are now open until 01.11.2026, giving innovators, businesses and researchers across north Wales the opportunity to access tailored support, advice and connections to relevant partners. Successful applicants will receive structured support to help develop and progress their ideas.
