We are looking for a motivated and experienced Administrator to join our team. Providing first-class administration support across our Partnerships team;  working proactively with internal colleagues and liaising with external stakeholders, as well as helping with overall business support across the wider team, will all be second nature to you.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the team are well- supported and accurate records are maintained. With a keen eye for detail, the ability  to meet tight deadlines and to prioritise tasks across a varied workload, whilst also being a great team player. You’ll also be comfortable with all MS office packages and open to learning new systems, if needed.

Your role will also include:

  • Preparing agendas, scheduling meetings, taking notes and minutes
  • Booking venues, arranging travel and accommodation bookings
  • Seeking quotations, raising purchase orders and filing invoices for team purchases
  • Maintaining accurate databases including action logs, risk and issue registers
  • Compiling data and metrics to support reporting and monitoring
