CAQ with Ifan Evans at Welsh Confed

By collaborating to develop and deploy digital health solutions, we aim to position Wales as a leader in this field, enhancing healthcare outcomes and supporting the growth of the digital economy.

Together, we’re building a dynamic programme that fosters collaboration between academia, industry, healthcare providers, and policy makers, while highlighting the value of thought leadership, sharing best practices, recognising excellence, and demonstrating measurable benefits.

This partnership aims to address several key challenges in healthcare including:

  • Digital transformation in healthcare – empowering healthcare professionals by providing access to innovative digital health solutions, positioning Wales as a leader in healthcare transformation.
  • Collaboration across sectors – the partnership will foster a culture of collaboration, bringing together various stakeholders to co-create and implement effective digital health technologies.
  • Strengthening the digital economy – digital health isn’t just about improving healthcare outcomes, but also about fuelling economic growth. The partnership will contribute to job creation, skill development, and business opportunities in Wales, enhancing the economy in Wales.
  • Enhancing patient outcomes through data – harnessing the power of big data, this collaboration aims to strengthen the digital skills of healthcare professionals in Wales, enabling them to meet the evolving demands of healthcare and drive improvements in personalised care and patient outcomes.
