Sector Intelligence Lead
Michael works with the Accelerate Programme, which supports and progresses the translation of new technologies, products, and services through research and development (R&D) projects to improve health and social care within Wales. Michael’s job is to conduct a wide range of research on the Welsh, UK and international health life sciences sector, which helps to progress the development and delivery of these R&D projects. In 2017, he completed a PhD in Health Science from Swansea University. Before coming to Life Sciences Hub Wales in January 2021, he worked at Swansea University as a postdoc on health research projects with various collaborators including the NHS and Public Health Wales.
