We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team within this trusted role, working with and directly supporting our Chief Executive Officer. 

Within this role, confidentiality, handling of sensitive information and the ability to juggle priorities, ensuring our CEO is fully supported, will be second nature to you.  With a proven track record of providing high level executive and administration support to a Chief Executive or Board Director level, you will bring professionalism, diplomacy and the ability to get the job done by co-ordinating activities across our team.

You will be comfortable dealing with detailed, often complex documents and data and crafting these into compelling presentations, speeches, or reports for  appropriate audiences. 

Your role will also include:

  • Public Affairs and Strategic Engagement
  • Project Management
  • Diary management and planning
  • Supporting and co-ordinating external events on behalf of our CEO with key stakeholders such as the NHS and Welsh Government
  • Collating Board, Committee and other significant detailed reports and management information on behalf of the CEO
  • Working closely with our Comms team to provide detailed briefings for CEO speeches and news items
