NHS ConfedExpo 2023

The NHS ConfedExpo is a standout annual event for the UK healthcare sector, attracting over 5,000 attendees who are passionate about driving transformative change. Taking place on 12 and 13 June in Manchester, bringing together healthcare professionals, policymakers, and industry leaders to share insights and discuss the latest innovations.

The expo will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities, serving as a platform for showcasing new products and services, exchanging ideas, and fostering collaboration among a variety of stakeholders in the sector.

Our team are excited to head to Manchester to connect with partners, both old and new. You’ll find us in the Innovation Theatre, so why not stop by for a chat and find out what we’ve been up to.

One of our key priorities this year is all about improving cancer diagnostics and pathways in Wales. Our efforts include:

  • Convening purpose-driven partnerships with industry
  • Integrating programs that align with the Wales Cancer Network and Wales Cancer Industry Forum
  • Accelerating innovation and advocating opportunities for co-development.

We’re committed to supporting Welsh Government in significantly enhancing cancer care for the people of Wales.

Health Education an Improvement Wales (HEIW) will also be at the event, representing Welsh healthcare. They’ll be showcasing their award winning compassionate leadership and improving employee investigation programmes, along with their digital innovations supporting the education and training of the NHS workforce in Wales.

“I’m excited that the team and I will be attending NHS ConfedExpo for the third year. This event is a perfect opportunity to connect with partners and foster collaboration in driving innovation to the frontline in Wales. I look forward to discussing our initiatives, particularly in improving cancer pathways, and exploring how we can add value to each other’s work to support the integration of innovation into health and social care in Wales.” - Cari-Anne Quinn, Chief Executive, Life Sciences Hub Wales.
