The WIDI is a collaboration between the University of Wales Trinity St David (UWTSD) and the NHS Wales Informatics Service (NWIS - Now Digital Health and Care Wales). This partnership has led to the development of initiatives linked to health data management, whilst also allowing the NWIS to contribute to the design of academic programs within UWTSD, whilst giving UWTSD students the opportunity to access work placements and internships.

Wales Gene Park
The Wales Gene Park is funded by the Welsh Government through Health and Care Research Wales, and is hosted in Cardiff University. The Gene Park supports and promotes genetic and genomic research across Wales, aiding the implementation of the Welsh Government’s Genomics for Precision Medicine Strategy.
