This Committee advises the Board on remuneration and terms of service for employees within the framework set by the Welsh Government. It provides assurance to the Board about the arrangements for the remuneration and terms of service, including contractual arrangements for all employees, and human resources policies, in accordance with requirements and standards. It also monitors equality, diversity and inclusion arrangements and the development of organisational culture.
