Erica is currently the Chair of Careers Wales and Board Member at Coleg Sir Gar.
Until January 2020 she was the HR Director for Novartis Pharmaceuticals UK & Ireland before relocating back to Wales.
Erica is an experienced HR director with a track record of leading organisational transformation. She has both executive and trustee experience across both the healthcare and financial service sectors.
