Alzheimer's Society staff and volunteers provide services to people affected by dementia, including day care and home care, support and befriending services across England, Wales, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. The charity provides information and training, and research, whilst campaigning for the rights of people with dementia and those who care for them.

Cerebra funds research, shares information, supports parents and carers and provides direct financial support primarily for children and young people with brain injuries

Disability Wales use it's funding to promote the understanding, adoption and implementation of the Social Model of Disability throughout Wales.

Mind Cymru provides support, advocacy, advice and information to children and young people with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties, and adults with mental health issues in Wales. There are 16 local Minds in Wales, each of which offer mental health services tailored to their local community.

Sight Cymru provide services to mitigate the impacts of sensory loss to people in Wales, including Eye Clinic support and Rehabilitation for the Vision Impaired, counselling, emotional support, befriending, activities, telephone helpline, social activities, training and a comprehensive resource centre offering advice, information and advocacy. The charity also encourages preventative strategies to avoid blindness

Ty Hafan is a children's hospice that aims to offer a high standard of free care and support to the families of children in Wales who are expected to die in childhood.

The Moondance Foundation allocates funds to organisations for general charitable purposes, including other charities, constituted community groups, social enterprises, Community Interest Organisations, Community Interest Companies and not-for-profit organisations, with a bias towards Welsh organisations. The foundation focuses donations in the following key areas; care for illness/crippling diseases, children, education, elderly, environmental and poverty.

Tenovus has the general aim of identifying opportunities to fund high quality research into major cancers affecting men, women and children. In addition, Tenovus aims to provide psychological, psychosocial and practical financial help to people affected by cancer, to educate and raise awareness of cancer issues of both the public and healthcare professionals.
