Cardiff Edge (managed by Pioneer Group) is a life science R&D site situated in the North of Cardiff which provides serviced lab space and offices for companies to rent.
Sbarc is a social science research park based within Cardiff University and features commercial units, offices and co-working spaces, laboratories, testbeds and exhibition space. Within Sbarc, Cardiff Innovations provides support to spinouts and startups
Opened in 2018, M-Sparc is Wales's first science park. The park provides space for both start-up businesses and large corporates, and also provides business support services such as Innovation and Commercialisation Support
The OpTic Technology Centre provides research & development and serviced innovation facilities for start-up and early-stage companies. Specifically, the centre is a hub for optoelectronics technology and scientific innovation.
