HEIW (part of NHS Wales) is responsible for the education, training, development, and shaping of the healthcare workforce in Wales.

HTW are a national body working to improve the quality of care in Wales by producing guidance on the use of new technologies. HTW's remit covers any health technology that isn’t a medicine, such as medical devices, surgical procedures, psychological therapies, tele-monitoring or rehabilitation.
