Support is provided to people affected by MS, with efforts to raise awareness, improve understanding, and enhance care and support for all people living with MS. The organisation operates across England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales.

Neem Biotech is a drug discovery company, focused on discovering small molecules to combat antibacterial resistance. Upon discovery of promising molecules, the company has created three spin-outs to further develop and commercialise these assets; Mootral, ONYA Therapeutics and Mariposa Therapeutics.

Neogen is a food safety solution provider. In 2022, the company merged with 3M Food Safety, who owned a development and manufacturing site in Bridgend. This site manufactured rapid hygiene testing and microbial screening products for use by dairy, food and beverage manufacturers.
