Velindre University NHS Trust provides specialist cancer services across South and Mid Wales through the Velindre Cancer Centre and the Welsh Blood Service.

Venalink is a Monitored Dosage System (MDS) provider to community pharmacies. Venalink is based in Deeside.

Vernacare supply products for infection prevention, clinical waste management and surgical procedures. These products range from single use dry and wet wipes, hospital macerators, clinical waste bins, single-use surgical instruments, and wound care devices. The company have a manufacturing site in South Wales from their 2020 acquisition of Frontier Medical Group's infection prevention business.

Vibrant Medical have developed Vibro-Pulse, a medical device designed to treat and stimulate the healing of a range of chronic wounds via a low amplitude, frequency vibration action. The company are based in Denbigh.

Vicentra have developed Kaleido, a reusable insulin pump which can be controlled and monitored by a handset. The device can also link to a Continuous Glucose Monitor to deliver a corrective bolus. The company are largely based in the Netherlands, and have a registered UK office in Swansea.

Virtus Tech have developed a VR platform that allows for non-technical users to create custom simulations. This platform has been used to develop healthcare training scenarios within the NHS, as well as being used in other academic environments.
